1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dr Choice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Dr Choice on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

Dr Choice is a clinical management platform designed to support IVF and fertility clinics. It provides patient management, scheduling, and AI-assisted clinical decision support tools. Dr Choice is a decision support tool only and does not replace the professional judgement of qualified clinicians.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Dr Choice is a clinical decision support tool. All AI-generated suggestions, calculations, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and must be reviewed and validated by a qualified medical professional before being applied to patient care. Dr Choice does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each clinic account may create multiple user profiles with different access levels.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Trial accounts may have usage limits applied.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy. Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the settings page. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all patient and clinical data you enter into Dr Choice. We do not claim any rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time. We do not use your clinical data to train AI models.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dr Choice for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to use the platform in ways that could harm patients. Clinical data must be handled in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).

9. Intellectual Property

The Dr Choice platform, including its software, design, and AI tools, is owned by Dr Choice and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Choice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Dr Choice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
