We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and clinic name — when creating an account. We also collect patient data that you enter into the platform. We collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and login times. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Dr Choice service, to communicate with you about your account, to send transactional emails (billing, security alerts), and to analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
3. Patient Data
Patient records entered into Dr Choice are stored securely in encrypted databases hosted in the EU. Patient data is only accessible to authorised users within your clinic account. We do not use patient data to train AI models. All patient data can be exported or deleted upon request.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. We are committed to HIPAA-aligned and GDPR-compliant data handling practices.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 30 days before deletion. Patient data can be exported at any time from the settings page. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
6. Third-Party Services
We use carefully vetted third-party infrastructure providers for database hosting, AI processing, payment handling, and platform delivery. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and are selected for their compliance with GDPR and international data protection standards.
7. Your Rights
