Captures the cycle-level fields SART's CORS reporting typically asks for (age at cycle, diagnosis, cycle type, embryos transferred, pregnancy/live-birth outcome) and exports them as a clean CSV. This compiles data already in your system for submission — it doesn't submit to SART directly; there's no public API for that. Double-check field names against SART's current CORS form each reporting cycle, since it's updated periodically.
